Payment for products on our online store can be made in one of the following ways: payment cards – VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, supporting online payments, as well as with the following payment methods: Cash On Delivery. Payment by cards is realized in cooperation with AllSecure D.O.O and Hipotekarna Banka and is done in a secure and certified way through AllSecure Payment Gateway, by simply entering data from the payment card. Check with the bank that issued your card to see if your card supports online payments.
After entering the card data and confirming the payment, the bank authorizes the transaction and thus the order is approved.
The amount will be and will not be available for another purpose. In case the payment is not completed, that is, the amount is not deducted from the account until the expiration of 14 days from the acceptance of your order, that order will be canceled and deleted. After the expiration, the money reserved in your account will be released and will be available to you again. You can then repeat the same or a new order, and make a payment related to them.
